Our client, a top financial institution with head office in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking to recruit suitable individuals as customer service officers i.e., bank tellers and customer care officers (CCOs) for its branches spread across the FCT, Abuja and Lagos State.
The key responsibilities of the individual are as follows:
- Responsible for assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments
- Issues and complaints resolutions,
- General stakeholder management
- MUST have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) program
- Must not be older than 26 years of age
- Be recent graduates of either a Federal, State or Private University
